This tea hails from Alishan, Meishan District, Nantou County, and is made with a special GABA processing method.

Founder’s note: This Oolong is infused with GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Amino Acid) that reduces neuronal excitability, promoting deeper sleep and restfulness.

    ~95°C (203°F) water

    Steep for 60 seconds, then transfer to the pitcher

    Teapot/Cup: 3g per 100ml
